Glass Shower Door If Wall Not Level

When i place the jamb on the wall i get as much as a 3 8 inch gap between jamb and wall.

This ridge has a slope to it. I am trying to install a sliding glass shower door on a tub that the previous owners did not install level. I just re did my bath tub and turned it into a shower. Any ideas on how i can get this door installed.

The bottom of the glass door shows the silver trim being pulled in well tight. The on off handle for the shower was moved to the entry area wall and the shower head is on the opposite wall. Both of these can be frameless. With the tub being out of level the doors do not slide properly they barely slide at all.
